Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where several goods are ordered, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
2. How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:
You may use the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
4. Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise. We provide the return address after you notify us, as it may differ depending on the product.
5. Liability for diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In practice: you may examine the product as you would in a shop. If you put it into regular use, damage it or return it incomplete, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
6. Exceptions
Under Section 29 of Decree 45/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened hygiene accessories, filter cartridges);
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
