Shipping & payment

Price indication under Hungarian price display rules · Updated: 2026. 07. 28.

1. Prices

All prices shown are total prices including VAT. Shipping costs are additional and shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. Prices are in HUF on the Hungarian interface and in EUR on the English one.

2. Shipping cost and time

Important – real delivery times. Some products are shipped directly by our partners, in some cases from a warehouse outside the EU. Delivery therefore takes longer than usual. We keep the times above aligned with actual performance and will e-mail you if an order is delayed.

Every parcel comes with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

3. Customs and import VAT

For consignments below EUR 150 arriving from outside the EU, import VAT is collected at purchase under the IOSS scheme, so no further customs duty or tax is payable on delivery. Consignments above EUR 150 may require customs clearance; we will inform you before you order.

4. Payment methods

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via the payment provider Stripe. Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS); we have no access to them.
Payment is due at the time of ordering.

5. Invoice

We issue a VAT invoice for every order and send it electronically by e-mail, together with the order confirmation or after dispatch.

6. Damaged or incomplete parcels

If a parcel is visibly damaged, please have the courier record it on delivery and notify us within 48 hours at info@himapets.com so we can act faster. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

7. Returns

Details of the 14-day withdrawal right and the return procedure are in our Right of withdrawal notice. The consumer bears the direct cost of return.

8. Electrical waste and batteries

Electrical devices and batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Please hand them in at your local collection point. Details are included with the product.
