Transparency – direct shipping. Some products are shipped to you directly by our manufacturing and logistics partners, in some cases from a warehouse outside the EU (e.g. China). This affects delivery time; expected times are shown on the Shipping & payment page and at checkout.

1. Seller, scope

These Terms apply to contracts concluded in the online shop operated by Keystone Dynamics Kft. (seat: 1136 Budapest, Pannónia utca 19. 1. em. 4., Hungary; company reg. no. 01-09-355601; tax no. 27891472-2-41) at https://himapets.com. Full details are in our Imprint.

Consumer: a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession. Since 1 March 2026, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises also qualify as consumers for mandatory warranty and conciliation board purposes when purchasing as end users.

2. Conclusion of contract

The display of products is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Placing an order entails an obligation to pay. The contract language is Hungarian or English; the contract text is not archived.

3. Prices

All prices are total prices including VAT. Shipping costs are additional and shown separately at checkout. Prices are displayed in HUF on the Hungarian interface and in EUR on the English one.

In case of an obvious pricing or data-entry error (e.g. a price grossly deviating from market value, "0" prices or a misplaced decimal), we are not obliged to sell at the erroneous price; we will notify you promptly and you may order at the correct price or withdraw.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card via the payment provider Stripe. Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS); we have no access to them. VAT invoices are sent electronically by e-mail.

5. Delivery, customs and import

Expected delivery time is generally 10–20 working days from confirmation. For consignments below EUR 150, import VAT is collected at purchase under the IOSS scheme, so no further customs or tax charges arise on delivery. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund any amount already paid.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons. Details and the model form are in our Right of withdrawal notice. The consumer bears the direct cost of return. Detailed information on liability for diminished value is given in section 5 of that notice.

7. Statutory warranty for defects

In case of defective performance you may assert warranty claims under Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.) and the Hungarian Civil Code: repair or replacement, failing which a price reduction, or — as a last resort — withdrawal from the contract. Claims may be asserted for 2 years from performance. Within one year of receipt, a detected defect is presumed to have existed at the time of performance.

8. Product liability

In case of a product defect you may also assert a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor within 2 years of the product being placed on the market.

9. Mandatory guarantee (jótállás)

Durable consumer goods covered by Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) carry a mandatory guarantee:

Claims may be made with the guarantee certificate or the invoice. The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please report claims to info@himapets.com.

10. Product safety (GPSR)

Responsible economic operator under Regulation (EU) 2023/988: Keystone Dynamics Kft., 1136 Budapest, Pannónia utca 19. 1. em. 4., Hungary, info@himapets.com. Disposal information for electrical devices and batteries is supplied with the product.

11. Complaints, conciliation board

Please submit complaints to info@himapets.com; we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you disagree with our position, you may turn to the consumer protection authority or the conciliation board competent for your residence. For our seat: Budapest Conciliation Board, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III/310. We cooperate in conciliation board proceedings.

12. Final provisions

Hungarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; this does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force. We may amend these Terms for future orders; the version published at the time of your order applies.
