FAQ
Mi a különbség a három kivitel között?
A gombos változatot a készüléken állítod be, app nélkül. A Wi-Fi + app változatot telefonról időzíted és bárhonnan adagolsz. A kamerás változatban ehhez jön egy kamera, amin látod is a kedvencedet.
Mi történik áramszünetkor?
Ha elemek is vannak benne, az etető azokról folytatja az időzített adagolást, a beállítások megmaradnak.
Milyen táphoz jó?
Száraz táphoz, a tartály és az adagoló szemcsés tápra van tervezve.
Mennyi idő, amíg megérkezik?
Magyarországra 10–20 munkanap, EU-s címre 12–22 munkanap. Partnereink egy része közvetlenül, akár EU-n kívüli raktárból küld, ezért hosszabb a szokásosnál. Amint elindul a csomag, e-mailben küldjük a követési számot.
Mi van, ha mégsem válik be?
Az átvételtől számított 14 napon belül indoklás nélkül visszaküldheted, a visszaküldés díját mi álljuk. Egy e-mail az info@himapets.com címre, és küldjük a címkét és a teendőket.
Kell a futárnak fizetnem vámot vagy egyéb díjat?
Nem. A feltüntetett ár és a szállítási díj minden adót és vámot tartalmaz, kézbesítéskor nem kell semmit fizetned.
Hogyan fizethetek?
Bankkártyával (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay-jel vagy Google Pay-jel, a Stripe biztonságos pénztárában. A kártyaadatokat csak a Stripe látja.
What is the difference between the three versions?
The button version is set on the device, no app. The Wi-Fi + app version is scheduled from your phone and can feed from anywhere. The camera version adds a camera so you can see your pet too.
What happens in a power cut?
With batteries fitted, the feeder keeps the schedule running and your settings are kept.
What food does it work with?
Dry food: the hopper and dispenser are designed for kibble.
How long does delivery take?
10–20 working days to Hungary, 12–22 to other EU countries. Some partners ship directly, sometimes from outside the EU, so it takes longer than usual. You get the tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel is on its way.
What if it isn’t right for us?
Return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, and we cover the return shipping. One e-mail to info@himapets.com and we send the label and the next steps.
Will I have to pay customs or any fee on delivery?
No. The price and the shipping fee include all taxes and duties; there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay in Stripe’s secure checkout. Only Stripe sees your card details.
